The church in Kenya is faced with a myriad of challenges from legal to resource inadequacies. With the existence of over 1000 churches in Kenya, focus has been geared towards the main stream churches without keen consideration of the Pentecostal role. This initiative is geared towards proving tangible and sustainable support for developing and developed Pentecostal ministries in Kenya and beyond.
Christian Ministry support initiative is a registered initiative in the Republic of Kenya. Its jointly run by the Chae Kenya Society and Touch Of Life Foundation and the Association Strategy Planning in the USA. The main purpose of this initiative is provide support for the christian ministries in Kenya with special focus on the sustainable development and service to the community.
The objectives of this conference is:
- To explore sustainable ways of supporting christian ministries with special focus on the Pentecostal churches
- To provide strategic resource mobilization strategies for Pentecostal churches
- To address the role of Pentecostal churches in the national peace and cohesion efforts
The conference will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in NAIROBI on the 11TH June, April, 2016 from 8:00a.m. to 4:30pm.
